The Christmas Pictures - Part 1
Part 1 - Christmas Eve
Yes finally we're getting around to posting Scarlet's First Christmas pictures. Hey, a month late isn't THAT bad! :)
Scarlet had a great Christmas. She got to see a BUNCH of her cousins on Christmas Eve as we went to my Uncle Wayne and Aunt June's on Christmas Eve. Scarlet loves children and got to have her fill with her cousins Karson and Kendall really wanting to carry her around like a little doll. She loved the attention and all the excitement that was going on there at my Uncle's. Then we left to go back to Nana's house so Scarlet could eat, have her bath, and get ready for bed. Once she got her "I Love Santa" jammies on, she was all ready to wait up for Santa's arrival with her Nana. Daddy took the time to try some experimental pics of her with hanging snowflake ornaments in the foreground and Christmas tree lights in the background. They didn't come out quite like I hoped, but Scarlet enjoyed the time with Nana. Try as she might though, little Scarlet tuckered out before too long and was good little girl asleep in her bed when Santa delivered her toys.
Next up, Part 2 - Christmas Day.
And Karson was happy to comply and lounge around with Scarlet.
Scarlet loved being held by Karson!
Big sister Kendall gets her turn holding a giggly little girl.
Before leaving Scarlet says bye bye to her cousin Hadley.
Hadley is three years old and is battling "Krabbe's Disease" (Globoid Cell Leukodystrophy). Be sure to visit Hadley's web page at http://hopeforhadley.com/.

Oh boy! When does this Santa person get here?
Will Santa know I'm at Nana's house tonight?
Daddy, what is a Santa Claus anyway?

Seriously, come back. I totally miss her already.
All of you, but you know what I mean.
Sniff.
Love,
Aunt Amy
I love "The Scarlet Show" I try to check in about once a week. I feel like I have watched her grow. I have a feeling she is going to be quite the little ham as she grow up in front of the camera. Keep up the good work. Love you all. Aunt Linda
