Scarlet wears her pretty dress to a wedding.
Beautiful Dennise coming down the aisle.
Momma helping Scarlet show off her pretty little dress (minus her cute dress shoes that she worked off her feet after only about 20 minutes)!

For those of you with kiddos over the age of 2 or so, you missed out on one of the best baby inventions ever; the "bumbo." Our friend Doris had one for her little boy, Emery, and I thought it was the coolest thing, so I knew when we were creating our baby registry that it had to be on the top of the list (thank you Nana). Its made up of this hard foam like substance and is high in the back so that it give's the baby support. I'm sure Scarlet will be sitting up much sooner that she would have without it. PLUS, it will be a great booster seat for her someday. Check out these pictures of her "sitting."

Momma got new glasses a couple of weeks ago and when I went to pick them up, Scarlet BEGGED me to try some on too. I just happened to have the camera with me that day so I took some pictures of her. While we hope she doesn't NEED glasses, we think she would be very cute if she did!

Here's another cool shot Daddy took of Scarlet where she was fast asleep, but somehow she was giving this very unique hand signal. I don't know if she is doing subconscious signing for the deaf, or if she is starting to count how many millions it will take to send her to college in the year 2025. Either way it is a nice looking photo - especially in black & white.
And the second picture here is a bit of a freaky looking motion picture where she has TWO faces! I was playing around with the manual camera settings and the existing low light in the room and of course she did her typical "Hey what is over there on this side?" quick head turn while I was trying to take a long exposure shot. So the creative credit goes to Scarlet on this one.

Daddy is of the opinion that the little web applet that momma found is skewing things toward mommies just a wee bit. Daddy believes that meter should be WAY, WAY over on the Daddy side of things if it really worked. Just see for yourself. Enclosed is a new picture (well a couple of weeks ago - but new on here) of our super pretty little girl, along with a picture of her daddy when he was 11 months old. (I had to use a picture of when I actually had grown some hair as I was quite bald as a newborn.)
